FBI’s Delivery Service
After your order is placed with Flooring Bathrooms Interiors, your delivery of goods will be coordinated by our Team and dispatched from our various supplies. We entrust in the services of StarTrak to deliver your goods. Delivery fees are calculated by your total order value and timings are dependent on location. As a guide, most metro city deliveries will take between 1-5 working days and up to 7 working days for regional areas.
Please note our delivery services are to kerbside only (due to operational safety considerations).
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Road Delivery is available on all orders and is dispatched the very same day if the order is received by 12 pm EST weekdays. Delivery times range from 1-7 working days depending on your location.
Delivery Areas
We deliver all over Australia to your home or building site. Remember, all deliveries need to be signed for.
Showroom Order Delivery Advice
For all orders placed via our Showrooms, our Team will phone you to organise your delivery. They will advise the estimated time of arrival for your order and which transport company will be used, confirming which service you have selected to send your goods.
*As we are a smaller showroom and don’t have the facilities to store your products for an extended period of time, after a period of 4 weeks from the time of all your items being delivered to our showroom, FBI New Farm has the right to charge $50 at their discretion for each week that it your items are uncollected
Delivery Cost & Timings
Your delivery fee is calculated by your total order value. Delivery times vary depending on location. As a general guide, most metro city deliveries will take between 1-5 working days and up to 7 working days for regional areas.
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them and online orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

*A minimum Standard charge applies to any item that exceeds the size or weight standards. This applies to items larger than 1 Meter, heavier than 20kg’s or more than 0.20 cubic meters.
** If Additional shipping charges apply you will be contacted by our team to pay the difference in the shipping cost.
*** FBI New Farm offers shipping insurance at the cost of the customer, if this is unselected, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment.
