Delivery Fees
Shipping of online orders is coordinated by our team and will be delivered via StarTrack. Flooring Bathroom Interior items ordered online are subject to the relevant delivery fees, which are calculated based on total order value. See the table below for more details.

*A minimum standard charge applies to any item that exceeds the size and weight standards. This applies to items larger than 1 metre, heavier than 20 kilograms or greater than 0.20 cubic meters.
If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted by our team to pay the difference.
Flooring Bathroom Interiors offers shipping insurance for an additional cost. Customers that decline shipping insurance assume responsibility for the shipment.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a guide, 3-14 days, excluding back orders, if the item you order
has a lead-time attached you will be notified via email.
Online Order Delivery Advice
We deliver Australia-wide to your home or building site. Please note our delivery services are kerbside only (due to operational safety considerations). All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them and online orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Our reliable third party transport company will deliver your order during business hours and you will be notified on the morning of your delivery with a four-hour window.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Showroom Order Delivery Advice
For all orders placed via our showrooms, a member of our team will phone you to organise delivery. They will advise the estimated time of arrival of your order and the transport company will used. We will also confirm which service you have selected to send your goods.
Uncollected Items
Kindly note we are a boutique showroom and do not have the facilities to store uncollected items for an extended period of time.
Please collect any items within 4 weeks of delivery to our showroom. If items remain uncollected after this period, Flooring Bathroom Interiors reserves the right to charge a $50 fee for each week that they remain uncollected.
